“I just wanted to give you some feedback on my recent transfer with your company. Firstly I must tell you what a pleasure my experience was. Your driver TC was on time, greeted me by name and was very pleasant even though it was an early morning pickup. He had another pickup on the way and he was also very pleasant and hospitable to the couple who joined the transfer. He checked on us regularly about the air conditioner comfort and made us feel very welcome. To my surprise he even asked if we would like a toilet stop which the other couple needed. This was great as it gave us a break and some time to stretch our legs. I was dropped at the airport quite early, bag unloaded and he apologised and said that maybe he should have picked me up a little later. I didn’t mind as I was happy to have extra time. I am a very happy passenger and I will be using your service when I next need to visit Sydney.”
